Ownership over hierarchy
The team is small, so what you build ships and matters. There is nowhere for good work to get buried, and no one to wait on for permission to do the obvious right thing.

Careers
Bimble is an Australian team making health simpler to manage, easier to share, and genuinely owned by the people it belongs to. If that is a problem worth your time, we should talk.
Why Bimble
Most people's health lives in fragments: a result in one clinic's system, a medication list in their head, a referral lost in an inbox. It is stressful to manage and hard to share with the people helping you. Bimble brings it together in one calm, secure place that the patient controls, and connects them to the allied health professionals in their care. We are building for the Australian healthcare context specifically, with its own rules, its own regulators, and its own realities. That is harder than shipping a generic wellness app, and it is the reason the work is worth doing well.

How we work
No perks list. Just the handful of things that genuinely shape how we work.
The team is small, so what you build ships and matters. There is nowhere for good work to get buried, and no one to wait on for permission to do the obvious right thing.
We handle people's health data, so protecting it is not a compliance checkbox we tick at the end. It shapes how we design, what we store, and the decisions we are willing to make.
We would rather ship one thing that genuinely works than five that demo well. Calm, considered, and correct beats fast and flashy, especially in healthcare.
We care what you make, not when or where you make it. Flexible by default, because trust is more productive than surveillance.
Proudly local, and close to the clinicians and patients we build for. The feedback loop is short and real.
Early enough that the work stretches you and the surface area is wide. A place to do the best work of your career, not just the next job on the way somewhere.
Honesty first
We would rather be clear than oversell. Bimble suits people who like ownership and ambiguity, who care about getting the details right, and who are drawn to health because it is high-stakes rather than in spite of it. If you want a large team, tightly defined scope, and a well-worn playbook, we are probably not the right fit yet, and that is okay. If you read that and felt more curious than cautious, keep going.

Open roles
If something fits, we would love to hear from you.
We do not have specific roles open right now. But we are a growing team, and we would genuinely like to hear from people who care about better healthcare, especially engineers, designers, and allied health professionals who want to shape how it is built. Tell us what you would want to work on.
Say helloThe best people rarely arrive through a job ad. If you care about this problem, we want to know you exist, so that when the right role opens, you are the first call we make.
